Delivery Process

Step 1

The hospital places an order, and the procurement department carries out the purchase based on the order.

Step 2

The manufacturer ships the goods; upon receipt, the goods are inspected and put into storage, and then dispatched according to order requirements.

After the goods are picked and packed, hand over the goods, the delivery note, and the materials to the driver for delivery.

Step 4

The driver delivers the items, signs the handover documents with the hospital, and then brings the documents back.

Step 5

Sign the delivery documents and bring them back to the warehouse manager for consolidation.

Step 6

After the warehouse administrators are integrated, all documents will be uniformly submitted to the administrative officer for systematic entry and archiving whenever possible.
